Edited the watertowers portion of the library's web site. Came across several notices of a notorious Ypsilanti, Michigan historic water tower, so added it. Also revised the listing for Rosemont, Illinois's "rose bouquet." A google search for "surf water tower" turns up this high rise rental.
Heading back toward Nebraska tomorrow.
Tuesday (10/28/2008) P.S. Should have stopped to take a picture of the notorious Transylvania, Louisiana "bat water tower" that faces highway 65 as you approach from the south, but we were on a mission to visit the Clinton Library in Little Rock & then get through the Ozarks before sunset.
(Nov. 6, 2008) P.S. Patent No. 390,980 is a multi-talented water tower.
