Wisconsin has a history of "progressive" politics and imaginative social services. Imagine if Nebraska libraries could offer "AskAway":
We have the Unicameral Legislature and Public Power -- two other "progressive" ideas that did not take root elsewhere in the nation -- so why not shoot for universal statewide access to library services?
